These are some of the most frequently asked questions about our trading accounts.
We provide a whole host of different funding options, from credit and debit card and bank wires to eWallets such as Skrill and Neteller. Funding your account is easy and you do it from within Trader’s Corner, your personal client portal.
During the registration process, we ask you for your proof of address as well as a copy of your passport or ID. Uploading these documents is easily done from within Trader’s Corner and it’s part of the registration process too. Our Customer Care Team is always on hand to assist you if you need any help and you can chat with them directly from within Trader’s Corner.
Simply click on any of the Register buttons you see on the site. From there, you’ll be taken to the registration page and will then be asked to finalise your registration within Trader’s Corner. The entire process doesn’t take longer than 10 minutes, plus you’ll be asked to upload certain documents such as a picture of your passport or ID as well as a recent utility bills so that we can verify your address.
